Job Title: Lead Manager (CRM Management & Cold Caller)

Time Zone: For training PST, then will transition into any US time zone.

About FuelPoint:
FuelPoint, is a CRM platform for finding Off Market Commercial Real Estate deals for investors in Self Storage, Mobile Home Parks, RV Parks, Multi-Family, Industrial, Vacant Land, and Boring Businesses (Laundromats, Gas Stations, Car Washes, etc.)
Our team of 15+ Executives and Lead Managers are based out of the Philippines, while our Founder and COO are located in Oregon, USA.

Responsibilities:
-CRM Management
-Appointment Setting/Cold-Calling
-Lead Nurturing
-Skip Tracing
-Data Entry

Preferences:
-Tech Savvy: Proficiency in GoHighLevel (Or experience in any CRM is great), Upgrade to see actual info, ClickUp, Google Meet/Zoom, and Hubstaff is a big plus.
-Work Ethic: Hardworking, honest, and possessing excellent communication skills.
-Language Mastery: Good English speaking/writing skills are essential.
-Flexibility: Willingness to work in any US time zone.
-Availability: Only Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8/hr day, Any US Time Zone
