We work with clients across various industries to provide them with top-notch virtual assistants and professionals. We are currently hiring a Cold Caller on behalf of one of our clients.

Job Description:
As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers on behalf of our client, introducing their products or services, generating leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote the client’s products or services.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
Follow a provided script while also being able to adapt conversations as needed.
Set and confirm appointments with qualified leads for the sales team.
Track and document all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and scheduled appointments.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic understanding of CRM software and lead tracking.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal oriented.
Experience in the relevant industry is a plus.
