Cold Call Sales Expert, Social Media and Lead Generator

I posted for this job a couple of days ago but I realized from the responses that I did a poor job. So I am posting a new ad for clarification purposes.

Please read carefully. You must speak American English very, very well and clearly. We have a company that will do great things and we need someone that is multi-talented that will get the job done, awesomely.

To be clear, we are not looking for someone that simply multi-tasks. You must be a professional at the skills required below.
And, you must be very attentive to detail. To the right who performs as expected, this will be a life-changer position for you.

Here's who we are: We are a 30-year business growth consulting company that just launched a truly unique AI answering service. We are taking this to the masses. For right now, we need one additional teammate. If this person can achieve all we ask, you will be paid very nicely by the week, as well as receive extra compensation for every client you sign up. I will not give compensation examples but we will discuss if you make it to an interview.

CHARACTER:
Must have great work morale and character. There is always something to be done. You must be driven to treat customers with 100% respect, and always reach out to find new ones, and help those who need you. You will trust us to pay you nicely, and we will trust you to always be doing your best to bring more clients in and promote the company. You will find no other company compensating as you will make with us if you just understand and follow this one point.

TASKS:
-2 hours per day you will do social media posting / management. FB, IG, YouTube, Linkedin.
-1 hour per week to scrape leads
-1 hour per day to manage email and SMS lead platform
-Your remaining time will be cold calling new businesses, getting through the gatekeepers, and having a 1-3 minute conversation with the owner. You will NOT sell, you will NOT ask for payment. You will only get them interested, and then ask them to confirm and adjust the information we already have about them. That's it.
-You enter their information into a form, and on to the next.
-You are to answer all calls that come to your phone throughout the day no matter what you are doing. Those are first priority.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Must speak English very clearly and properly
-Motivated to always be seeking new customers
-Skilled at calling, getting through the gatekeepers and to the business owner
-skilled in sales (proper intro, qualifying, test closes, and you MUST be laser-focused to get the client interested, and involved.
-Must have a track record of being an excellent closer or appointment setter from COLD lead sources
--Skilled at posting and managing on fb, ig, linkedin, youtube
-skilled at managing clients in a crm
-skilled at time management
-very efficient
-know how to send emails, texts, run software, dialers, etc

There are many tasks located but they will be split up over a day, based on the function it is.

Your working hours would be EST standard M, F 8a-4p, Tues-Thursday 9a-5p

REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED:
