Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to property owners, realtors, and rental companies using provided scripts.
Send personalized
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with realtors and property owners.
Follow up promptly on leads and inquiries to secure new partnerships.
Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and meet occupancy goals.
Qualifications
Experience: 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or a related field (experience in real estate or property management is a plus).
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls and sending
Proficient in CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
