JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Cold Caller Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Virtual Cold Caller to join our team and help generate leads and appointments for our real estate business. This remote position requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
***This will be NIGHT shift - 12 AM to 9 AM Philippines Time***

Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and leads.
• Qualify leads by gathering relevant information about their needs, goals, and timelines.
• Follow up on previous contacts to nurture leads and build relationships.
2. Lead Generation
• Identify potential sellers, buyers, or investors and document all interactions in the CRM.
• Provide accurate notes and feedback on calls to improve team strategies.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead conversion targets.
3. Appointment Setting
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Confirm appointments and send reminders to ensure attendance.
4. Script Adherence & Improvement
• Use and adhere to provided scripts to ensure consistent messaging.
• Provide feedback to improve call scripts and lead generation strategies.
5. Data Entry & Reporting
• Update CRM systems with contact details, call outcomes, and next steps.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on call metrics and results.
6. Continuous Learning
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and company services to confidently answer client inquiries.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (real estate experience is a plus).
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Confidence in handling objections and converting conversations into opportunities.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient with CRM systems, dialers, and basic office software (e.g., Excel, Google Workspace).
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and industry practices.
• Experience using automated dialers and lead management tools.
• Multilingual abilities (optional, depending on target audience).

Job Type
• Part-time or full-time (flexible hours based on time zones and availability).

Compensation
• Hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses or commissions.
