We’re looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Co-hosting Airbnb + GHL Account Manager. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on managing multiple projects, has experience in Airbnb operations and GHL automation, and loves creating seamless client experiences.

What You’ll Do:
- Client Account Management: Manage relationships with co-hosting clients, ensuring excellent communication and a top-tier client experience.
- Weekly Financial Reporting: Provide clients with accurate and timely financial updates.
- GHL Automation & Funnel Building: Build and manage Go High-Level funnels, set up automated contracts, email sequences, and marketing automation tools.
- Listing & Calendar Management: Oversee Airbnb listings, optimize calendars, and ensure listings perform at their best.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth handoff and setup process.
- Interior Design Support: Assist with interior design recommendations and staging to enhance property appeal and profitability.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track performance metrics, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to improve property performance.

What We’re Looking For:
- Flawless spoken English with a clear, engaging, and neutral accent.
- Super outgoing and personable—you’re comfortable leading client conversations and solving problems on the fly.
- Proven experience in Airbnb co-hosting or property management.
- Proficiency with Go High-Level (GHL)—must know how to build funnels, set up automated contracts, and create email marketing sequences.
- Strong skills in financial reporting, calendar management, and client account management.
- Experience in interior design or staging for short-term rentals is a big plus!
- Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
