Job Overview: As a Customer Service Virtual Assistant at GoldenHomeStays, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining our reputation in the Las Vegas short-term rental market. This role isn’t just about getting through the day; it’s about proactive management, meticulous organization, and a commitment to excellence. Daily Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Coordination: Proactively manage relationships with vendors to negotiate the best rates, ensure timely services, and rigorously follow up to guarantee all maintenance and repairs meet our high standards before guest arrival.

2. Guest Communication: Handle all guest interactions with high emotional intelligence and empathy. Address urgent issues and manage general inquiries through chat or calls effectively, transforming challenges into positive experiences.

3. Property Readiness: Ensure properties are not just prepared but in perfect condition prior to guest arrival. Proactively address any issues identified by maintenance or cleaning teams, ensuring everything is flawless.

4. Calendar and Pricing Management: Actively manage the booking calendar to prevent empty nights. Take the initiative to adjust pricing or promotional strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue, demonstrating a genuine commitment to the business’s success.



Qualifications:

1. Stress and Negotiation Management: Proven experience in gracefully handling stressful situations and complex negotiations.

2. Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage empathetically, clearly, and persuasively with guests, property owners, and vendors, especially during challenging interactions.

3. Industry Experience: Strong background in customer service or hospitality, with a proactive approach to exceeding guest expectations and ensuring satisfaction even when issues arise.

4. Self-Motivation and Attention to Detail: Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a deep personal investment in delivering quality work without the need to be micro-managed.
