Clinical Body Care Coordinator

Work Hours: EST: 9 am - 6 pm - Non Negotiable

Skill Sets Required:

Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience as an RN or any Healthcare Background with Hospital setting experience - Required
Minimum 1 - 3 years customer service exp
Minimum 1 - 3 years as VA
Proficient in Google Suite products
Proficient in written English language
Multi-tasking
Deadline-oriented
Honesty & integrity
Experience working graveyard shifts

Daily Work Description:

Support scheduling needs for patient appointments (health coaching and medical).
Facilitate physician and health coach assignments based on protocols.
Resolve patient issues through cross-departmental communication.
Onboard and organize patient submissions for new accounts.
Address account cancellation requests.
Respond to patient inquiries (phone, email, secure message) for clerical requests.
Handle billing questions and services offered.
Manage patient intake, scheduling, documentation, forms, and medical records requests.
Process refunds or coupon requests.
Process unpaid invoices.
Assist in processing referrals, test orders, etc., as needed.
