JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.) As a Customer Success Rep, you will handle the following tasks.
2.) Answers incoming calls
3.) Make outbound calls as needed
4.) Resolve or assign help desk tickets within SLA time frames
5.) Make outbound calls as directed
6.) Handle all customer interactions in a polite and courteous manner
7.) Follow all processes, procedures, and policies pertaining to tasks.
8.) Other tasks as directed
9.) Solve customer issues following policy and procedure guidelines
Handle inbound text and live chat messages.

**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**
Pay is Weekly via Wise(formerly Transferwise), and we prefer to pay it directly to your E-Waller(GCash or Paymaya) Weekly Payroll Period Starts from Friday to Thursday. Payment Processing for a Payroll Period is done on Friday thereafter.

1. **Trial Period**: Initiate employment with a structured overview of expectations, performance metrics, and company culture acclimatization.
**Two-week Trial at $2/hour**. Complete it to start regular training at a higher rate.

2. **Training Period**: Engage in targeted skill development through workshops, mentoring, and hands-on experiences to enhance job competency.
**Six-week Training at $2.50/hour**, plus overtime pay (overtime is paid at the same rate and capped at 10 hours per week). Complete training to qualify for probation at a higher hourly rate.

3. **Probationary Period**: Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions to assess employee adaptation, contribution, and alignment with organizational goals.
**Sixteen-week probation at $125 per week**, plus overtime pay. The probationary period may extend up to four months based on the CSR's performance before regularization approval.

4. **Regularization**: Upon successful completion of the probationary period, formalize employment status, providing benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

1. **Paid Time Offs**.
- 1st Month to 12th Month - Accrues 2.66 Hours/month
- 13th Month to 24th Month - Accrues 3.33 Hours/month
- 25th Month to 36th Month - Accrues 4 Hours/month
- 37th Month to 48th Month - Accrues 4.67 Hours/month
- 05th Year onwards - Accrues 6 Hours/month

2. **Philippine Government-Mandatory Benefits Reimbursement**
- SSS Premium - Company reimburses up to P2,400.00
- PhilHealth Premium - Company reimburses up to P800.00
- PagIbig Premium - Company reimburses up to P800.00

8.) A Training Bond applies, with half returned after six months and the remaining half after twelve months. Further details will be included in the Employment Opportunity Invitation.
9.) An additional Incentive will be provided if you know how to speak and write in Spanish.

WORKING HOURS
1.) Weekday Monday to Friday Shift - 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST
2.) Rotational Saturday Shift - 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST
