We’re looking for a dedicated Client Success Specialist to guide our clients through every phase of their transformation journey. As a key player in our Framework, you’ll ensure clients experience seamless support and progress monitoring from initial onboarding to certification.
Responsibilities:
Manage client onboarding, guiding clients through our Framework with clear instructions and expectations.
Monitor client progress through our LMS, proactively engaging with clients at key milestones.
Coordinate with mentors and instructors to support clients during practical application phases.
Develop and update resources, check-ins, and engagement materials that help keep clients motivated and on track.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, client success, or coaching, preferably in a learning or training setting.
Familiarity with CRM tools (EngageBay experience is a plus) and LMS platforms (Thinkific preferred).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to empathize and build trust with clients.
