We are looking for a Client Representative to join our team and support our Client Success Manager. This role is essential in ensuring an excellent client experience through proactive communication, coordination, and organization.

What You’ll Do

As a Client Representative, you will:
? Communicate directly with clients via email, phone, and video calls.
? Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring seamless scheduling and adjustments.
? Deliver client reports and ensure they receive timely updates.
? Answer client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
? Respond promptly to client emails and phone calls.
? Organize client files and maintain accurate documentation.
? Prepare detailed meeting notes and follow-up tasks.
? Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and adjust as needed.
? Engage in client appreciation initiatives to strengthen relationships.

Requirements
???? Must be available to work U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours (40 hrs/week).
???? Experience in client support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
???? Strong proficiency in English (written & spoken).
???? Reliable internet connection and virtual work setup (computer, headset, quiet workspace).
???? Ability to manage scheduling, emails, and reporting tools effectively.
???? Experience in the financial, real estate, or accounting industry is a plus but not required.
