About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Client Success & Operations Manager to lead client communication, track progress across projects, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is NOT a basic VA role — this is a leadership seat where you own client success and run internal operations like a boss.
If you love keeping things moving, making sure clients feel supported, and you naturally spot problems (and solve them) before anyone else notices — you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do (Daily & Weekly)
? Manage daily client check-ins — review updates, follow up if they go quiet, and spot red flags early.
? Track all client progress using tools like Notion, Google Sheets & Slack.
? Join client calls, take notes, and update project trackers with clear next steps.
? Be the bridge between clients and our team — making sure deliverables get done on time.
? Manage the hiring process for both our internal team & clients — from posting jobs to pre-screening candidates.
? Stay on top of our Asana project board and follow up with tea
? Proactively identify bottlenecks and bring solutions, not just problems.
Skills You Must Have
Exceptional English communication (written & spoken)
Strong organizational skills — you naturally keep things in order
Experience with client success or account management
Familiar with tools like Slack, Notion, Asana, Google Sheets
Comfortable owning projects — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Able to handle direct feedback (we move fast and don’t sugarcoat)

Hours
? Full-time (30-40 hrs/week)
???? Work hours: 10 AM - 3 PM EST core hours + flexibility to manage the rest
