????RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take full ownership of assigned client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Lead client communication, including regular updates, feedback collection, and strategic discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and executed.
- Analyze client performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Facilitate the content calendar approval process and iterate on content calendars based on client feedback
and performance.
- Create content calendar drafts and ensure they align with client goals.
- Distribute finalized content calendars to stakeholders and update client files.
- Run client strategy meetings, including presenting insights, facilitating discussions, and driving strategic
direction.
- Develop strategies for account growth, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members (e.g., Account Coordinators) to build a scalable team.
- Create or edit the content strategy deck during onboarding or quarterly updates.

????NON-NEGOTIABLES:
- Good Communication skills (oral and written)
- Pro-active and can work well even if unsupervised
- Adept in using Google Workspace
- Has experience with Social Media Management

?Availability: 20 hours/week | (2 hrs in the morning, 2 hrs afternoon - 8-10am EST; 2-5PM EST)
