We’re hiring a Client Success Manager (CSM) for our web development agency to ensure our clients stay longer, succeed faster, and grow with us. Your role is to proactively engage clients, prevent churn, and drive renewals and upsells.

This is not a reactive customer support role. Instead, you will actively manage relationships, track client progress, and ensure every client sees real value.

You’ll collaborate closely with:?
- Aaron (Founder & Lead Sales) – Your direct manager, ensuring strategy & retention goals align
- Joy (Lead Web Developer & Sales Trainer) – Supports client onboarding & implementation
- Mary (Marketing & Content Specialist) – Ensures messaging & positioning align with campaigns
- Deeya (Admin & Operations Support) – Helps streamline workflows & CRM management
- Jehan & Kathleen (Lead Generation Specialists) – Bring in new clients you’ll help retain -
- Mae (GoHighLevel CRM Specialist) – Helps with CRM automation for client engagement

Your Key Responsibilities?
- Client Onboarding & Success Planning
- Welcome new clients and ensure they have everything they need to succeed
- Develop a structured onboarding process to improve time-to-value
- Identify early red flags and proactively address client concerns

Client Engagement & Retention?
- Schedule regular check-ins with clients to track their progress
- Monitor client activity and step in if engagement drops
- Ensure clients are getting measurable results and value from our services
- Build relationships that lead to long-term retention and renewals

Upsells & Expansion?
- Identify opportunities for clients to upgrade or expand services
- Educate clients on additional offerings that align with their needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate upsell conversations

Proactive Issue Resolution?
- Address and resolve client concerns before they escalate
- Work with internal teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and progress

Client Advocacy & Referrals?
- Gather testimonials and success stories from satisfied clients
- Identify and encourage potential referral opportunities
- Ensure a smooth offboarding process when necessary to maintain goodwill

Who We’re Looking For?
- Proactive & Relationship-Focused – You anticipate client needs before they even ask
- 2+ Years of Experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Sales
- Strong Communication Skills – You can build trust and rapport with clients quickly
- Problem-Solver Mindset – You tackle issues head-on and find solutions fast
- CRM-Savvy (HighLevel, HubSpot, or Similar) – You know how to track & manage client interactions
- Sales & Upsell Experience is a Plus – You’re comfortable identifying and driving upgrades
- Performance & Results-Driven – You measure success by retention, renewals & upsells

Salary & Hours
- Part-Time: 15-20 hours per week (with potential for full-time as client base grows)
- $350–$450/month
- Performance bonuses for exceeding retention and upsell goals
