Position Overview
The Client Success Manager at Spark Pro Global is responsible for fostering strong, enduring relationships with clients throughout their journey with the company. This role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction from initial onboarding through ongoing support and service delivery. Additionally, this role requires a strong focus on monitoring the progress of Virtual Assistants, ensuring that client tasks are accomplished within the agreed-upon timeframes, and providing coaching and feedback to enhance VA performance.

Key Responsibilities
-Guide new clients through the onboarding process and provide information about services.
-Create and maintain detailed client profiles with needs analyses and risk assessments.
-Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with clients.
-Facilitate the selection and matching of Executive Assistants to client needs.
-Monitor Executive Assistants’ progress, provide updates, and ensure task completion.
-Conduct periodic check-ins and address any client issues promptly.
-Develop and implement process improvements for better client retention.
-Identify and apply strategies to attract new clients and stay ahead of competitors.

Qualifications & Skills
-Virtual Assistant (VA) experience is required.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
-3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or customer service roles.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
-Experience in coaching and mentoring teams for performance enhancement.
-Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client needs.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client satisfaction metrics.
-Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software such as CRM tools, project management platforms, and communication software.
