In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing their needs, and fostering strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage client onboarding to ensure a smooth start to projects.
Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates.
Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Gather and relay client feedback to improve services.
Identify upselling opportunities to offer additional services to existing clients.
Act as the bridge between clients and the project/fulfillment team.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Previous experience in client management or customer service.
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Google Sheets, or CRMs).
A proactive and client-focused mindset.
