Customer Success Manager (Part-Time | PST Time Zone)
We are looking for a skilled and personable Customer Success Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills (with little to no accent), a passion for helping clients, and the ability to manage customer relationships efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Assist clients with onboarding, training, and navigating our systems.
Proactively identify and solve client challenges, offering tailored solutions.
Document and track client interactions, ensuring follow-ups are completed.
Provide detailed reports on client feedback and common questions.
Requirements:
Fluent English (spoken and written) with little to no accent.
Strong interpersonal skills—must be honest, friendly, and professional.
Availability to work PST hours.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Support, or similar).
Ability to learn and navigate software systems and tools quickly.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
