What You’ll Do:
Onboard and train new customers to help them unlock the full potential of the company.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and become their trusted advisor.
Monitor customer health, proactively addressing issues to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Advocate for your customers by working with our product and development teams to relay feedback and suggestions.
Drive account growth by identifying opportunities for upsells and cross-sells.
Track customer success metrics and use insights to inform strategies and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role (SaaS or e-commerce experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Experience with customer support tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Intercom is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and the e-commerce ecosystem (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce).
Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize, and solve problems effectively.
