About the Role:
Good Sleep Co is seeking a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Client Success Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
? Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals.
? Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
? Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients, ensuring they fully understand the features and benefits of our offerings.
? Proactively identify opportunities to optimize client satisfaction and engagement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
? Monitor client accounts and usage patterns, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
? Collect and analyze client feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
? Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the company database.
? Working closely with the Good Sleep Co US team

Qualifications:
? Proven experience in customer service or client success roles, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
? Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet client needs.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
? Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
? Knowledge of sleep health or related fields is a plus.
? Open to Australian Timezone, but may shift to US Timezone depending on Business Needs
