???? What You’ll Do:
? Client Management:
Be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the EU citizenship process via Zoom, email, and phone.
Explain requirements, legal documentation, and timelines in a clear and professional manner.
Provide reliable support to clients, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
Maintain accurate client records and case progress using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, CRM).
? Case Oversight:
Manage client cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance with EU citizenship laws.
Work closely with legal teams, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate applications.
Stay updated on any changes in EU immigration laws and advise clients accordingly.
? Team Leadership & Supervision:
Lead and mentor a small team of client service representatives.
Delegate tasks effectively and provide training & feedback.
Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

???? What We’re Looking For:
?? At least 3 years of experience in client services, legal assistance, immigration law, or a related field.
?? Leadership experience (managing or supervising a small team preferred).
?? Strong English communication skills – professional yet approachable over Zoom, email, and phone.
?? Highly organized & detail-oriented – able to multitask and manage case timelines.
?? Tech-savvy – Comfortable using Google Workspace & CRM tools.
?? Problem solver – Think critically and find solutions for clients.
?? Willing to work US Pacific Time (first 6 months), with flexibility after training.
