Join Our Team – Client Services & Administrative Coordinator

Are you passionate about sports, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Hockey Performance Centre, a leader in hockey training for over 35 years, is looking for a Client Services & Administrative Coordinator to support our operations and enhance our client experience.

What You’ll Do:
* Client Communication & Support – Be the first point of contact for emails, voicemails, and inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.
* Scheduling & Coordination – Manage client bookings, track attendance, and maintain seamless scheduling of training sessions.
* Customer Service Excellence – Provide top-tier support by assisting clients with bookings, follow-ups, and inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.
* Payment & Invoicing – Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate financial records with precision.
* Administrative Support – Keep client records up to date, manage databases, and contribute to improving business operations.
* Collaboration & Teamwork – Work closely with trainers and management to enhance service delivery and overall efficiency.

Who You Are:
* Experienced & Skilled – At least 1+ year of customer service experience and 2+ years of administrative experience.
* Highly Organized – Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent Communicator – Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
* Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using scheduling software, online payment platforms, and general office tools.
* Client-Focused – A people person who enjoys helping others and ensuring a seamless client experience.
* Passionate About Sports & Fitness – An interest in hockey or athletic training is a plus but not required.

Perks & Position Details:
Job Type: Permanent (Part-time or Full-time)
Hours: 30 per week (potential for full-time)
Compensation: $4.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday – No weekends!
Work Location: Remote
