This is a fully remote position. The right candidate must be bilingual (English & Spanish) to effectively engage with our diverse client base and be able to work 8:30 - 5:30 Monday - Friday EST and weekends when necessary.

Compensation, Benefits and Schedule:

Competitive base salary of $900/month plus performance-based incentives.?

Comprehensive benefits package includes 13 paid holidays, 15 days paid time off, health insurance allowance.?

What You’ll Be Doing:??

Building Strong Client Relationships – Conduct initial phone intake process. Engage with new potential clients to understand their unique legal needs and educate them on our firm’s services. Timely respond to all client communications.?

Guiding Clients Through the Sales Process – Act as a trusted advisor, explaining complex legal solutions clearly, reassuring, and compelling. Engage with prospective clients, helping them understand our services and how we can assist them, without providing legal advice.?

Managing and Converting Phone Leads – First point of contact with new clients calls. Provide outstanding customer service and follow up. Maximize and maintain a high conversion rate from Inquiry to Client Solutions Consultation.??

Handling High-Value Consultations – Confidently speak with clients about estate planning, Medicaid planning, probate, and veterans benefits to help them see the value in working with our firm.??

Tracking and Meeting Sales Goals – Use our CRM and case management system to manage leads, follow-ups, and ensure smooth client onboarding.??

Grow Firm Business - Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, facilities, referral sources, and other potential partners, promoting our services.??

Communicate and Work Together with Client Solutions Specialists to ensure a seamless handoff and exceptional client experience from the initial phone intake to formal consultation, maintaining client confidence and satisfaction. Troubleshoot concerns, answer questions, and ensure that every client interaction is positive and professional.?

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:??

Sales Experience:?Must have 2 years proven successful experience in selling, ideally in a consultative sales role where the focus is on educating and empowering clients. Possess a natural reasoning ability versus a robotic approach.?

Education: 2+ years// Education: HS Diploma?

Bi-lingual English and Spanish: Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing with clients and colleagues. Complete a language proficiency assessment.?

Empathy and Compassion:?A genuine ability to connect with people, show understanding, and provide comfort during challenging times.?

Excellent Communication Skills:?Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and empathetically. (doesn’t speak in absolutes). Set proper client expectations.?

Active Listening Skills:?Highly skilled in active and dynamic listening, ensuring clients feel heard and understood. Able to listen and guide clients towards a sale.?

Task and Goal Driven: Able to consistently and accurately multitask. Prefer experience in a competitive sport.?

Relationship Building:?Demonstrated ability to interact with diverse personalities and build long-term, trusting relationships.?

Closing Skills:?A track record of successfully closing sales by helping clients recognize the urgency and value of services offered.?

Adaptability and Positivity:?Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changing circumstances, whether it’s a busy Monday morning or a late Friday afternoon.?

Tech Savviness:?Proficiency in using cloud-based software and a willingness to quickly learn new technologies. Efficiently utilize CRM system, provide great notes and follow up. Manage Intake in-box.?
