The Role:
- Lead Engagement: Efficiently communicate with incoming warm leads through calls and Zoo
- Client Interaction: Establish a positive rapport with potential clients, discussing our company and services.
- Guidance and Support: Assist clients in understanding their investment options and facilitate the transition to our closers.
- Transaction Support: Collaborate with clients to help close deals and coordinate with third parties.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform related administrative duties to support sales activities, including updating CRM systems.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in sales or customer service roles, preferably in real estate or financial services.
- Investment Knowledge: An understanding of investment instruments and terminology is essential.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Zoom, CRM tools, and virtual communication platforms.
- Listening Skills: Ability to listen actively and follow instructions to enhance product knowledge and client engagement.
- Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Cultural Fit: Understanding of both local and international business etiquette.
