Client Relations & Transaction Coordinator (Part-Time to Full-Time)

???? Want to be the bridge between high-level deals and meaningful client connections? We’re hiring a Part-Time Client Relations & Transaction Coordinator to own the relationship-building and transaction processes that drive a top-producing real estate team. This role works during EST office hours and has potential to become full-time within 2-6 months based on performance.

Here’s what you’ll do:

20% Team Transaction Coordination & Admin Work — Support new and inexperienced agents (mostly in residential & commercial leases) by reviewing and uploading listings, writing offers and leases, and walking them through transaction steps. Sometimes, you’ll teach these tasks to newer agents or admins.

15% Broker Transaction Coordination — Handle select high-level deals directly for the Broker, including paperwork, listings, offers, and follow-up. You’ll get clearer instructions, but will still be expected to manage tasks independently.

65% Prospect Follow-Up & Engagement — Jump in right after the Broker's first touch to keep prospects engaged — think Pre-Transaction Coordination.

You’ll use FollowUpBoss (FUB) to track, follow up, and ensure every single prospect is on an Action Plan (don’t worry — we have designers, illustrators, and writers to help craft these!).
Goal: Make sure no lead slips through the cracks, and that every message feels personalized and relationship-driven — never robotic or generic.

Quarterly raises based on self-review submissions, averaging 10% per year.
