Who We’re Looking For:

A very strong command of the English language, with clear and precise speech is essential for this role.

We need someone who is confident, proactive, and highly organized—a natural communicator who can guide clients through the tax process with clarity and professionalism. This person will not only be client-facing but will also work closely with our internal team to ensure we get everything needed for smooth tax filings.

A servant attitude is key—you should genuinely enjoy helping clients, making them feel supported, and ensuring they have a stress-free experience with us.

What You'll Be Doing:

Client Communication & Support:

Call clients to notify them of tax season deadlines, explain next steps, and request necessary documents.
Clearly communicate internally about what we need from the client to ensure accuracy.
Answer client calls, emails, and assist with gathering reports like payroll, W-2s, PTET opt-ins, and other tax-related documents.
Provide guidance to clients on how to retrieve necessary documents or reports.
Ensure tax payments are handled correctly and on time.
File Management & Organization:

Review received documents to ensure they are correct before processing.
Save and organize files in the correct locations, ensuring QuickBooks and other critical files are handled with care.
Keep all documents neatly labeled and easily accessible for the senior tax team.
Administrative & Office Support:

Set up client bookings and meetings with our tax team.
Assist with CPA letters, waivers, and other paperwork as needed.
