We are looking for a Client Support & Project Manager with experience in B2B lead generation to oversee client relationships, onboarding, and project execution. If you excel at managing client communications, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless project delivery, this role is for you.
Core Responsibilities:
Client & Project Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding and ongoing support experience.
Guide new B2B clients through onboarding, setup, and initial implementation phases, ensuring they understand processes and expectations.
Project Coordination & Execution
Oversee B2B lead generation campaigns, ensuring smooth execution, tracking progress, and optimizing performance.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team collaboration using ClickUp or similar project management tools.
Maintain regular client updates on onboarding progress, campaign setup, and lead generation outcomes.
Support in refining and optimizing onboarding procedures for a more efficient client experience.
Assist in transitioning communication systems as platforms and processes evolve.
Data & Performance Reporting
Provide clear, data-driven insights on campaign performance, ensuring clients have full visibility into results.
Analyze campaign data and proactively recommend improvements to enhance lead generation results.
