Job Description:
The Client Outreach and Research Specialist will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by identifying and onboarding new clients. This role involves conducting thorough research to identify potential sellers on Amazon.com who meet specific criteria, compiling detailed seller data, and engaging in outreach efforts to convert these leads into clients. The Specialist will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Data Compilation:
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential sellers on Amazon.com.
- Compile and analyze seller data based on predefined criteria.
- Maintain a detailed database of potential clients.

2. Client Outreach:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with potential clients.
- Initiate contact through emails, calls, and social media to introduce our company’s services.
- Follow up with potential clients to address queries and provide additional information.

3. Onboarding New Clients:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and setup for new clients.
- Provide ongoing support to new clients during the initial phase of their engagement with our company.

4. Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach activities and results.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve client acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in client outreach or sales.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
