Client Marketing Assistant Job Overview
A Client Marketing Assistant's main job will be to tend to daily tasks assigned by client marketing managers. These tasks will include adjustments to content on relevant digital marketing platforms (GMB, Ads, Search Console, Yext,...), front-end adjustments on WordPress sites, data prep for reporting, and administrative duties. This job is remote, starting at 9 am and ending at 6 pm central time with 1 hour break.

Onboard all new agency clients
Add images (SEO Optimize)
Optimize all profiles (content & Links)
Create and embed UTM codes

Communicate with review response team
Send out Review Request for all Agency clients
Pull client lists from Sitelink
Generate Review reports
Generate listings reports
Auditing old accounts for QA and opportunity

Naming/optimizing media files for SEO

Pulling Customer lists from PMS for ads and adding
Setup budgeting spreadsheets
