We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Client Management Virtual Assistant to support our digital marketing agency by managing client communications and administrative tasks. You will serve as the critical link between our clients and our fulfillment team, ensuring prompt and professional interactions. This role is ideal for someone with a background in marketing, ads, and pay-per-click who enjoys interacting with clients and has a passion for the outdoors.

Job duties and responsibilities:
1. Client Communication:
- Manage and respond to client
- Handle phone calls and digital communications with professionalism and clarity.
- Serve as the intermediary between clients and the internal fulfillment team, ensuring accurate and timely
communication.
2. Administrative Support:
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating virtual meetings and calls.
- Maintain and update client records and communication logs for seamless operations.
3. Digital Marketing Support:
- Provide foundational support for inquiries related to Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
- Recognize when to escalate technical questions to specialists, ensuring clients receive expert guidance.
4. Onboarding & Follow-Up:
- Participate in a comprehensive onboarding process, including training on best practices, preferred software, and
communication style guidelines.
- Contribute to weekly goal setting and participate in follow-up calls as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be available during full U.S. business hours to support client needs.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to client communications in a timely manner.
- Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite and Google Ads is required.
- Prior experience in marketing, digital advertising, or pay-per-click campaigns is essential.
- An outgoing personality is a bonus, especially if you enjoy outdoor activities.
- Comfortable with acknowledging knowledge gaps and seeking assistance from specialists when needed.
