JOB OVERVIEW

Nautical Staffing is looking for a Spanish-speaking Client Intake & Relationship Manager for our US-based client in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

Client Intake and Onboarding:
o Facilitate the intake process for new clients, ensuring all required documentation is collected, verified, and filed.
o Conduct initial client assessments to understand needs and provide information about available services.
o Create and maintain comprehensive client profiles to support personalized service delivery.

Relationship Management:
o Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, regularly checking in to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
o Serve as a primary point of contact, managing client communications and ensuring a high level of responsiveness.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, coordinating adjustments in services as necessary.

Client Support and Issue Resolution:
o Proactively identify and address client issues, providing timely resolutions and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
o Document client feedback and collaborate with teams to improve processes and service delivery.

Staff Scheduling
o Coordinate staff schedules (including floaters) to align with client needs, ensuring adequate coverage and availability.
o Work closely with healthcare providers and administrative staff to manage any schedule changes or adjustments.
o Communicate schedule updates to clients, addressing any scheduling concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
o Must have prior experience in client intake and/or onboarding
o Must have prior experience in staff scheduling or workforce management
o Must have prior experience in client relationship management
o Must be proficient in the Spanish language
o Successful track record in business development is an advantage
o Experience in the US healthcare industry is an advantage
o Excellent communication and people skills are required
o Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office apps is required
o Must be willing to work full-time during US Pacific business hours
