JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email and phone, ensuring all concerns are effectively addressed.

Product Walkthroughs:
- Conduct engaging and informative 15-minute product walkthroughs for prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value.

Client Support:
- Deliver exceptional support by troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and escalating concerns as necessary.

Follow-ups:
- Proactively follow up with current and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and drive engagement.

Client Insights:
- Collect and relay valuable feedback from clients to improve the product experience and refine offerings.

CRM Management:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, updates, and feedback in the CRM system.

Outbound and Sales-Related Tasks:
- Support outbound initiatives and sales-related activities as needed to enhance client engagement.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in client success, customer service, or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to exceed expectations.
- Proven expertise in managing client inquiries via email and phone with a high degree of professionalism.
- Experience delivering product walkthroughs or demonstrations, showcasing product value effectively.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems for tracking interactions and managing data.
- Exceptional English communication skills – professional, fluid, and confident in both written and verbal interactions.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client concerns and escalations.
- Demonstrated ability to collect and relay client feedback to influence product improvements.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups efficiently.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
- Experience working with international markets, particularly in the US, with a deep understanding of client needs and expectations.
- Flexibility to work in a random shift schedule (Day, Mid, or Night) as required upon hire.
