JOB OVERVIEW

POSITION SUMMARY
TThe Client Concierge Coordinator serves as a pivotal support role for clients attending our Essentials Workshops and other Cardone Ventures events. This individual is responsible for ensuring that every client has a seamless and remarkable experience from the Upgrade to see actual infont of purchase through event attendance. The role includes managing communications, conducting welcome calls, coordinating event scheduling, and providing customer service support via email, phone, and other communication channels. This person will proactively handle client needs, such as confirming event attendance, addressing concerns, and upselling additional seats or tickets.

This position is 100% remote.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Driving an increase in client engagement and event participation by effectively managing communications and follow-ups to ensure high attendance rates, upselling additional seats or tickets, and maximizing event participation

OBJECTIVES
- Manage post-sale client interactions to confirm ticket payments and ensure attendance at purchased events.
- Audit pre-event task completion and manage reminders to ensure clients are ready for their events.
- Assist the Client Concierge Manager in resolving client concerns, answering queries, and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Facilitate event scheduling, including follow-ups with clients who have not scheduled their attendance and rescheduling as necessary.
- Upsell additional event tickets or seats by effectively using sales scripts tailored to various Cardone Ventures events and workshops.
- Build trust and maintain positive client relationships through open and interactive communication.
- Manage various client communications platforms, including HubSpot, Asana, G-Suite, Slick Text, and Aloware, ensuring timely responses and accurate information sharing.
- Monitor and manage undUpgrade to see actual info calls and tasks, marketing responses, and communication blasts to drive client engagement.
- Support with scrubbing and managing deals related to 10X360 and Essential Workshops to ensure accurate tracking and client follow-up
- Ensure response times to client inquiries are within a 24-hour window, maintaining a high standard of customer service.

COMPETENCIES
- Proven experience in de-escalating client situations while maintaining a positive representation of the Cardone Ventures brand.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Asana, and G-Suite tools (Sheets, Documents, Gmail, Calendars, Slides).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to memorize and effectively utilize essential sales scripts.
- High level of business acumen to engage with business owners and understand their needs.
- Capable of executing process improvements to streamline client communications and event coordination.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, including daily priority meetings, pre-event qualifications, and managing client communications across multiple platforms.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role in a professional environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
