Client Care Specialist (Customer Service)

Our company is based in United States. We are the largest virtual accounting firm for small businesses within the US and We love to work with Filipino talents as we make our expansion.

Your role as Client Care Specialist is relatively a Customer Service Role who specializes more on the following:

1. Collaborate cross-functionally to promptly address client issues, working closely with internal teams.
2. Gain a deep understanding of the 1-800Accountant platform to provide accurate guidance.
3. Identify and resolve support issues, helping clients navigate the website and complete outstanding documentation.
4. Handle escalated cases by understanding challenges, offering solutions, and liaising with relevant teams.
5. Aim to meet and exceed established client care metrics and KPIs.

What days/hours will I work?

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Full-time job
(Note : this may vary depending on the need of the Team )

How will I be paid?

• Paid weekly via Wise
• $4.25 USD PER HOUR

Requirements for the Job :
- 2+ years of client care or support experience, preferably in call centers or SMB environments.
- Proven success in handling and resolving client issues, with an ability to document and manage case details effectively.
- have Outstanding Work Ethics
- excellent English both Oral & Written
- have Smooth English Dialect
- quick thinker with spontaneity conversing in English Language
- have a designated work space free from noise, computer with updated version & capacity , good quality of noise cancelling
headset
- Based in the PHILIPPINES ONLY!
- should be Tech Savvy
- Internet Speed should be at least 25mbps both for upload & download.
- can work under Time Tracker.
- Can Start ASAP
