ClickUp Project Manager & Technology Specialist

We are searching for a spirited, energetic, and capable team member to join our growing practice as our ClickUp & Project Management Specialist. This person will be responsible for owning our ClickUp platform and should have a deep understanding of the platform, how to customize it and how to troubleshoot when creating new solutions. This person will also own project management responsibilities and related technology / IT responsibilities. Most importantly, we seek someone with whom we can create a common workplace culture of self-care and high-quality service to our clients and our people.

Our firm has enjoyed steady growth since its inception, a trend that we expect to continue. As such, the ideal candidate has both the capacity and desire to grow with us and expand their role. This hire will begin their journey with us as a ClickUp Specialist & Project Manager, but we would love to help them grow in their career over the coming years.

Please note that this position will start with a 3-month onboarding period at $5/hr USD and is expected to increase to $6/hr USD, assuming strong performance and team fit.

Required Skills:
• 3 - 5+ years of experience using ClickUp.
• Proficiency in learning new technologies and troubleshooting when they run into issues.
• Strong organizational skills, particularly in gathering and organizing information from various team members.
• Willingness to grow with us and become an integral member of our team.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and consistency.
