We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Video Production Process Manager to develop and implement a streamlined workflow for our video production packages using ClickUp. This role is pivotal in optimizing our operations, ensuring consistency in deliverables, and maintaining high-quality standards across all client projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in video production, project management, and proficiency with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process Development:
• Design, document, and implement standardized workflows for our video production packages (Entry, Standard, Premium, and Ultimate).
• Create and optimize project templates in ClickUp to manage each stage of the video production process, from initial consultation to final delivery.
• Task Management:
• Break down the video production process into actionable tasks, assign responsibilities, and set deadlines for tea
• Ensure that all tasks are tracked, monitored, and completed on time, meeting both internal and client deadlines.
• Automation and Integration:
• Set up automation within ClickUp to streamline repetitive tasks, such as task assignments, notifications, and status updates.
• Integrate ClickUp with other tools (e.g., Google Drive, Slack, etc.) to enhance workflow efficiency and communication.
• Quality Control:
• Establish and enforce quality control checkpoints within the ClickUp workflow to ensure that deliverables meet our high standards.
• Monitor progress and address any bottlenecks or issues that arise during the production process.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Develop custom dashboards and reports within ClickUp to track project progress, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Provide regular updates and insights to the Creative Director and Operations Manager, identifying areas for improvement.
