JOB SUMMARY

Haven Vacation Rentals is seeking a Remote Cleaning Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our properties are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests by coordinating with our Cleaning Manager, cleaning vendors, and guest services team.

Key Responsibilities
• Scheduling and Coordination: Manage scheduling requests from property owners, guests, and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication with cleaning vendors.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively communicate cleaning-related issues reported by guests or team members to vendors using Slack and phone communication.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor daily cleaning tasks within Breezeway to confirm tasks are completed and documented accurately.
• Maintenance Reporting: Log maintenance needs to be reported by cleaning vendors to ensure prompt attention to property upkeep.
• Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Work with our Onboarding team to set up linen plans and initial cleans for new properties and coordinate offboarding steps as needed.
• Process Improvement: Support ongoing documentation and refinement of Haven’s cleaning processes.
• Performance Tracking: Assist the Cleaning Manager in pulling weekly cleaning reports to prepare for vendor performance meetings.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to a dynamic workload
• Proficiency with Google Suite (or Microsoft Office)
• A reliable internet connection and computer setup
• High fluency in both written and spoken English (mandatory)

No prior experience in property management or Airbnb is required. However, fluency in English is essential for clear and effective communication.

HOURS AND COMPENSATION

You will be working EST hours, 9 am to 6 pm, Monday-Friday. The starting salary for this role is $700/month, with the potential for increases based on performance.
