Cleaning Company Customer Service & Sales

We're looking for someone with experience in the cleaning industry.

Your job will be to take and make calls, texts and emails to incoming clients to get them to book cleanings.

You will coordinate cleans with cleaners and support the customer through their journey, in hopes of getting recurring cleans.

A huge preference to your application if you're an expert at hiring maids and improving processes.

You should be well versed in cleaning business matters, have good spoken and written English, be organized and timely.

You must have experience with BookingKoala, Trello and OpenPhone, having experience with Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info are a bonus, so is knowing how to recruit cleaners.
