About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Specialist to join our team and support our partner, a dynamic and rapidly expanding Personal Injury law firm. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the claims process and ensuring smooth communication with clients and insurance companies.
Responsibilities:
Claims Processing: Gather necessary information and documentation from clients, prepare claim forms, and submit them to insurance companies.
Insurance Communication: Contact insurance adjusters to notify them of car crashes, provide case details, and follow up on claim status.
Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, organizing files, and preparing correspondence.
Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients, answering their questions and providing updates on their cases.
Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain client and case information in the firm's database.
Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Prior experience in a legal setting or with insurance claims is a plus, but not required
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
