Civil Engineer or Real Estate Analyst

- Perform ocular inspection of the subject property, as well as site inquiries (anywhere in the Philippines)

- Data gathering and research

- Cost estimation / valuation of property

- Report writing

Job Qualifications:
-Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering with license in the same field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
-REA License is an advantage.
-Willing to work on an office-based setup and travel for site inspections within LUZVIMIN areas.
-Must be a resident near Makati City.
-Available to start immediately.
