Our client runs a thriving chiropractic practice dedicated to helping people achieve optimal health and wellness. They are looking for a Marketing Assistant to enhance their online presence, attract new patients, and manage engaging marketing campaigns. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
With relative experience in a marketing or social media role.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a remote work setting.
Strong understanding of content creation and social media platforms.
Interest in the health and wellness industry is a plus!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Content Creation & Management:
Create, edit, and schedule social media posts, blogs, and newsletters.
Design graphics using Canva.
Edit videos and repurpose content to keep it fresh and engaging.
Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
Social Media Management:
Schedule and manage posts across
Respond to comments/messages and engage with audiences.
Research trends and suggest creative ideas to elevate our client’s online presence.
Email
Assist in formatting newsletters in Aweber.
Ensure accurate segmentation and personalization of
Monitor performance metrics and suggest ways to improve results.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
Provide reports and insights to help shape marketing strategies.
Monitor analytics across platforms and compile performance reports.
Administrative Support:
Coordinate with guests via
Handle miscellaneous admin tasks to keep things running smoothly.

Analytical mindset to track performance and drive results.
Ability to work across time zones (MST), multitask, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
