Position Overview:
This role requires a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff with significant experience in real estate operations and project management. The ideal candidate will manage administrative and operational functions, provide leadership on real estate-specific workflows, and ensure seamless coordination across teams. This role is essential in enabling the CEO to focus on high-level strategy while ensuring daily operations run efficiently.

A dynamic real estate development firm specializing in syndication, property management, and innovative housing solutions. The company seeks a resourceful and experienced professional to oversee and streamline operations, ensuring scalable and efficient growth across its business verticals.

Key Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in real estate operations, construction processes, and project management.
• Proven ability to oversee construction workflows and manage vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated expertise in planning, prioritization, and execution of complex real estate projects.
• Strong familiarity with CRMs and project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate project details effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Prior experience in property management, syndication, or construction industries.
• High initiative with a track record of independently driving tasks to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
• Manage CEO’s priorities by organizing schedules and emails with a focus on real estate and project milestones.
•Draft and send communications, ensuring alignment with the company's real estate goals.
• Maintain and optimize CRM systems for investor engagement, project tracking, and pipeline management.

Real Estate Oversight:
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and real estate teams, ensuring alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
• Oversee the preparation of scopes of work, monitor construction schedules, and resolve project bottlenecks.
• Handle vendor communications, including material procurement, coordination of schedules, and payment tracking.

Project Management:
• Lead the organization of weekly sprints for construction teams, ensuring project milestones are achieved.
• Manage documents for permits, inspections, compliance, and all regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive records of contracts, invoices, and vendor relationships.

Operational Optimization:
• Create and implement operational frameworks for real estate and construction projects, with a focus on improving efficiency and tracking metrics.
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate project management success and team performance.

Investor and Marketing Support:
• Build and optimize investor funnels, including campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.
• Support marketing activities, such as property listing creation, virtual staging, and other promotional efforts related to real estate developments.

Salary Benefits:

• Flexible working hours to accommodate project deadlines and team coordination.
•Salary: $1,200–$1,400/month, with opportunities for performance-based increases.
