Position: Chief of Staff Virtual Assistant

Are you a master of organization with a passion for social media? Our growing social media agency needs a Chief of Staff VA to keep us running smoothly and take our social media presence to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
1. Operations & Financial Management
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the agency.
• Coordinate schedules, projects, and deadlines with clients and staff.
• Develop efficient workflows for client communications.
• Manage financial tasks, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking.
• Prepare basic financial reports, budget overviews, and revenue insights.
2. Social Media Strategy & Management
• Plan, schedule, and post content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build online communities.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and grow engagement.
3. Administrative Support
• Handle
• Maintain digital filing systems and manage shared calendars.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new clients.
4. Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with clients to generate ideas for photo shoots and campaigns.
• Ensure content aligns with the agency’s brand image and goals.
• Keep up with trends to suggest innovative concepts.
Who You Are:
• Experienced: You’ve worked as a VA, project manager, or social media manager for at least 2 years. Bonus points if you’ve been in the fashion or influencers world.
• Organized: A wizard with tools like Trello, Asana, or Google Workspace, and you never miss a deadline.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Canva, video editing apps, and scheduling tools like Later or Buffer.
• Creative: You have a good eye for visuals, trends, and storytelling.
• Flexible: Able to adapt quickly to new challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive: A self-starter who brings ideas to the table and takes initiative.
