JOB OVERVIEW

Start at 25 hours/week
Monday–Friday, 6:00–11:00 AM PST (GMT -8)
Pay: $8–$12/hour depending on experience
$1/hour raise after 30 days
$2/hour raise annually (capped at $20/hour)
Start Date: Immediate

Growth Path
Month 1: Prove yourself, then move to full-time (40 hrs/week)
Month 6: Take over inbox/calendar, lead recruiting, own team ops
Month 12: Manage junior team, run internal systems
Beyond: More leadership, more autonomy, capped at $20/hour

We’re hiring a proactive, digitally fluent Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO of two fast-growing agencies: one focused on B2B lead generation, the other on podcast production.

This is a high-responsibility, high-urgency role for someone who thrives on clarity, ownership, and Upgrade to see actual infontum. Each day starts at 6:00 AM PST with a short check-in—then you’re expected to jump straight into execution. This role will scale quickly for the right person.

What You’ll Own
Project & Workflow Management

Keep Monday and Notion organized, streamlined, and current

Track podcast timelines, assets, and publishing deadlines

Turn voice notes and transcripts into clearly tagged, dated, and assigned tasks

Build SOPs, document processes, and keep everything neat and usable

Reporting & Accountability

Collect performance data from the social, lead gen, and ops teams

Follow up with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to fill gaps

Compile a clean, weekly report with insights

Track OKRs and flag risks before they become issues

Admin & Ops Support

Manage admin access across tools and platforms

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and internal training

Tag and organize expenses

Learn and apply admin-level AI tools to improve efficiency

Give candid, helpful feedback to improve performance across the team
