**TOP Responsibilities**
STRATEGIC PLANNING
• Conduct strategic planning to prioritize top projects and deliverables aligned with the company’s vision and highest ROI.
• Create complete plans of action for top quarterly projects/deliverables, including measurable results, assigned values, due dates, and assignees.
BUSINESS SYSTEMS, PROCESS DEVELOPMENT & IMPROVEMENT
• Develop and refine the process improvement framework.
• Define and execute the ‘Formula For Success’ (FFS), auditing current processes and optimizing them for peak efficiency.
• Systemize, automate, and delegate business processes.
• Develop and continuously update an interactive business process map and SOPs.
• Install feedback loops to validate and optimize ongoing initiatives.
PEOPLE HIRING, MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top A-players.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching for tea
• Implement a structured performance management system with clear KPI tracking.
• Directly manage internal teams, including HR, Finance, Business Process Improvement Managers, Real Estate Operations Manager, and the CEO’s Executive Assistant.
• Foster a high-performance culture by developing leaders within the organization.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION
• Manage and allocate resources effectively, balancing project management with operational execution.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Track and optimize performance across all operational functions.
OPERATIONS & CEO SUPPORT
• Oversee and execute essential business functions, including:
- Back-office: Admin, compliance, legal, HR
- eCommerce: Supply chain management, reporting, ad-hoc projects
- Real estate: Property management, ad-hoc projects
- Finance: Reporting, bill pay, payroll, bookkeeping, tracking KPIs
- CEO support: Handle personal and business tasks to free CEO’s time
• Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and the rest of the organization, ensuring smooth communication and execution of key initiatives.
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
• Continuously improve the interactive and comprehensive knowledge database, the company’s ‘second brain’, to include ever-developing business intelligence (decision-making principles, relevant data, process frameworks, etc.).
• Optimize company-wide data & knowledge aggregation, documentation, and retrieval.
• Maintain and enhance the Business Operating System and internal performance guidelines.

This is a full-time, fully remote position with 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri) working US EST business hours.
The compensation is Php 150,000 - Php 220,000 per month, depending on experience.
