Chief Of Staff

I'm seeking an exceptional Strategic Operations Director to serve as my right hand in scaling a capital-as-a-service company. This role requires a strategic thinker who can not only execute but also initiate and lead critical projects with minimal guidance, operating with significant autonomy (levels 3-6 on the delegation framework).

You'll be empowered to make recommendations, implement decisions independently, and report on outcomes while managing complex priorities across the business. This is an opportunity for someone with executive-level judgment who can translate vision into execution.

## Core Responsibilities:

- **Strategic Planning & Implementation**: Proactively identify organizational bottlenecks, develop solutions, and implement improvements without direct oversight
- **Communication Management**: Establish and optimize robust systems for managing external relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining excellent stakeholder communications
- **Process Development**: Design and implement scalable workflows and systems that increase organizational efficiency and leverage AI tools.
- **Decision Support**: Analyze data, identify patterns, contextualize information quickly, and provide executive-level recommendations on next steps
- **Meeting Optimization**: Independently prepare for, facilitate, and extract key action items froUpgrade to see actual infoetings, identifying both first and second-order implications
