Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic financial guidance, and drive the company's financial planning and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Manage financial reporting, accounting, and compliance
Develop strategies for growth and profitability
Oversee investment activities and optimize capital structure
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business performance
Qualifications:

Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial role
Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
CPA, CFA, or similar certification is a plus
