Queen Warriors is a high-growth fitness business specializing in innovative body recomposition programs and scalable subscription-based services. We are on a mission to democratize personal training and provide our members with the most effective, guided fitness programs, all while maintaining a strong community focus.

Role Summary
The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and guidance. This role requires a data-driven finance leader who can implement best practices, manage financial risk, drive operational efficiency, and provide insightful analysis to support our growth objectives. The CFO will oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and funding strategy, ensuring the company scales profitably while maintaining strong financial health.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company's business goals, including revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow management.
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to shape long-term strategic plans, including new product launches, pricing strategy, and market expansion.
Lead financial forecasting, scenario planning, and analysis to support data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Oversee the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis, providing insights on financial performance and recommendations for improvements.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis on revenue streams, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV) to optimize pricing models and marketing spend.
Monitor key financial KPIs and provide regular updates to the executive team on financial health, profitability, and growth metrics.
Accounting & Compliance

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax filings, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Implement robust financial controls, processes, and systems to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
Cash Flow & Capital Management

Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the company has sufficient resources to meet its financial obligations and support growth.
Lead fundraising initiatives, including equity and debt financing, and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
Develop and manage investment strategies, including risk assessment and return analysis, to optimize the company's financial position.
Team Leadership & Development

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Partner with department heads to align financial objectives with operational goals, providing guidance on budget management and resource allocation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a CFO role at a high-growth, subscription-based business.
Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development, with a strong understanding of SaaS metrics, CAC, LTV, and unit economics.
Experience with fundraising, capital management, and investor relations, particularly in venture-backed or private equity environments.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP) and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with platforms like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar.
