As the Chief Sales Manager at JIFS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our sales strategy to drive business growth and market expansion. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, adapting strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and a seamless experience for clients.
