Are you passionate about combining creative design with cutting-edge AI tools? We are looking for a ChatGPT Expert for Book Design to join our team. In this role, you'll create engaging book layouts, manage content uploads, and leverage AI tools to streamline our book design process. This is a full-time, long-term position that offers stability, growth, and the comfort of working remotely in a family-friendly environment.

Job Overview

Book Design Tasks:
Create professional layouts for various book types (office books, children’s books, novels, recipe books etc.) using AI-generated text and pictures.
Utilize tools like ChatGPT (paid version), Microsoft Word, Canva Pro, Designrr.io, and PDF editors to design and format content.
Upload completed book designs to Amazon.
Use AI tools to streamline design processes and enhance efficiency.
Translate books into multiple languages with Canva Pro.
Provide regular updates and progress reports to the team on ongoingq projects.

Data Entry Tasks:
Upload provided content to the appropriate platforms, ensuring accurate data entry.
Organize and maintain digital files systematically for easy access and reference.
Assist with administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the team.
Take on essential tasks (even the less glamorous ones) with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
Requirements

ChatGPT Paid Subscription, Canva Pro, and Microsoft Word are mandatory (you should already have access to these tools).

Prior experience in layout design is a plus but not required – we value willingness to learn. Learn how to use designer.io .
Proficiency in ChatGPT, Microsoft Word and Canva is essential.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to new tasks or project requirements.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

We operate on weekly payments for your convenience.
You'll be required to submit a weekly invoice of 2,500 PHP for your services.
