Chat support and sales for our forex signals company

We are a forex signals company seeking a skilled chat support and sales professional to assist in maximizing our sales conversions and supporting our members with inquiries.

Let me outline how it works:

We attract members through our free signals group via ads. Interested individuals can upgrade to our premium group by contacting our support team.

As a salesperson, your role begins here. You'll engage potential premium customers, aiming to guide them to create an account with a forex broker through our affiliate link and make a deposit.

Once they do so, they gain access to our VIP group and benefit from our profitable trades.

Our primary focus is on closing as many sales as possible, as we earn through our affiliate arrangement with the broker.

Your responsibilities include managing warm leads that contact support to start, and following up with them if they delay. Additionally, you'll provide chat support for questions related to our signals. For premiuUpgrade to see actual infombers, you'll also assist in understanding how to trade with our signals.

Here's what we require:

1. Fluent in English, this is very important. Both speaking and writing.
2. Basic knowledge of Forex trading or willing to learn
3. Organizational skills, proficient in managing client files in Excel
4. Ability to handle chat support via Telegram
5. Strong sales skills, focused on achieving targets
6. Availability to be online 24/7 for quick responses
7. Response time of 5-10 min MAX!
8. Available to work from Monday to Sunday, from 3 PM Dutch time (CEST) to 3 AM (CEST), with flexibility outside these hours. (THIS IS 9PM till 9 AM PH TIME)
9. You are a hard working individual that can work on yourself and also in a team
10. You are trainable and listen to how we want it. I don’t have to tell you multiple times the same, before you get it.


WE ONLY WANT A CHAT SUPPORT AGENT THAT HAS UNDERSTANDING OF FOREX TRADING OR WILLING TO LEARN, IS COMPLETELY FLUENT IN ENGLISH, CAN HANDLE CHATS PROPERLY AND CAN ANSWER CHATS WITHIN 5-10 MIN MAX!

Payment:

400 USD per month via a crypto payment.
